Machine BedThe machine bed is constructed from high-strength steel plates using a fully welded structure, optimized through finite element analysis (FEA) to achieve excellent dynamic and static performance. A secondary aging heat treatment process is applied to eliminate internal stress, followed by precision machining using a large gantry milling machine, ensuring high vibration resistance and long-term stability. A segmented dust extraction airflow system is integrated into the bed, effectively removing cutting fumes and heat during operation. This helps maintain a cleaner working environment while reducing the risk of thermal deformation.

Rack and Guide SystemThe rack uses high-precision ground racks (Grade 6) from Taiwan J&T, with installation accuracy controlled within 0.03 mm. Combined with a lubrication system, it ensures minimal accuracy deviation, high temperature resistance, and strong wear resistance over long-term operation.
